Processing includes: collection, recording, storage, updating, use, provision (access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction. Primary recording/storage of PD of Russian citizens occurs in Russia (Selectel). Processors: DDoS‑GUARD (CDN), in‑house SMTP (e‑mail), Yandex Metrica (analytics). No cross‑border transfer. Retention: until the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn. Consent can be withdrawn via help@tolstoycomments.com; processing stops and data are deleted within 7 days unless otherwise required by law. Minimum age: 14.
