1. What is the difference between Pro and Basic plan?

The main differences between Pro and Basic plan:

Whitelabel: option to remove our copyright and logos;
Badge customization - the ability to upload your own graphics and text descriptions for awards;
SSO - Single Sign-On. (Your registered users will be able to write comments in Tolstoy Comments without additional registration);
Priority support, personal manager;
Additional moderators;
Comment monetization. You will be able to install your ad network code inside the widget.

2. What's included in Enterprise?

All PRO rate options are included. Plus we manually assist you in building a live community of loyal site users. Such cooperation implies:

Technical preparation of the site. Setting up new entry points to start communication, designating the importance of commenting and commenters. (The site counters are audited beforehand);
Working with the newsrooms. Advising and developing a content plan for community outreach.

3. I don't want to deal with the API. Can you customize everything (widgets, comment counters, buttons, indexing, SSO) for me?

4. Do subdomains count as a separate site?

Нет, не считаются. Но только в том случае, если на всех поддоменах будет один и тот же виджет комментирования. Если поддомены подразумевают никак не связанные между собой виджеты, они считаются за отдельные сайты.

5. What will happen to the comments when we stop paying for the widget?

When the license is not paid, you will not be able to moderate comments and change site settings. I.e. if someone writes something obscene or offensive on your site, and you need to edit or delete this message, you will not be able to do it. The comments themselves will not disappear and your users will be able to continue using the widget. You can export comments written in Tolstoy Comments to an xml file only while any paid tariff is in effect.

6. Do you have an affiliate program?

What about it?! The affiliate program section inside the admin panel contains your referral link, which you need to send to a friend or share in your Facebook. If someone registers using this link and pays for a license, we will immediately pay you 20% of this payment*. Learn more.
